Omibank Terms and Conditions
These terms form the contract between the user of the OmniBank Electronic Banking service and OmniBank Ghana Ltd. (the Bank). By applying for OmniBank Electronic Banking service and accessing the service the user acknowledges and accepts these terms.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold OmniBank harmless from and against all claims, costs, liabilities, losses and expenses incurred by it in connection with any use or alleged use of this service under your password by any person with or without your consent or authorization.
The Bank reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue temporarily or permanently, this service or any part of it, with or without notice, at any time.
The user shall not use or permit the use of OmniBank Electronic Banking service or any related service for any illegal or improper purposes.
The Bank shall in no circumstances be held liable to the user if OmniBank Electronic Banking service access is not available in the desired manner for reasons including but not limited to natural calamity, floods, fire and other natural disasters, legal restraints, faults in the telecommunication network or Internet or network failure, software or hardware error or any other reason beyond the control of the Bank.
The user indemnifies and holds the Bank harmless against any loss suffered by the bank, its customers or a third party or any claim or action brought by a third party which is in any way the result of the improper use of OmniBank Electronic Banking service by the user.
The user may request for the termination of the OmniBank Electronic Banking service facility any time by giving written notice to the Bank.
The closure of all accounts of the user will automatically terminate the OmniBank Electronic Banking service.
The Bank may suspend or terminate the OmniBank Electronic Banking service without prior notice if the user has breached these terms and conditions or the Bank learns of the death, bankruptcy or lack of legal capacity of the user.
