Abdullah Baba Issah is a finance professional with extensive cross- functional experience in the field of banking, consulting and advisory services. His working career spans 20 years, having started work as a banking officer with SG-SSB Bank Limited in 1987, then to Barclays Bank of Ghana Limited in 1998 and then to Fidelity Bank limited in 2008. During this period, he has had significant exposure in the areas of consumer banking, credit risk management and finance and worked for brief periods in Barclays businesses in Kenya, South Africa and United Arab Emirates. He was the Finance Director of Barclays Bank of Ghana for eight years, and the Chief Operating Officer of Fidelity Bank Ghana for two years. Since October 2007, He has been running ABI Consulting Limited, an accounting and business advisory consulting firm in Accra, with its focus on providing specialist banking expertise to local banks, savings and loans companies, rural banks, microfinance institutions etc. ABI Consulting Limited also provides business development support to SMEs and large corporate in capacity building and strategy formulation. Apart from OmniBank Baba currently sits on the Boards of Millennium Insurance Ghana Limited, African Guarantee Fund(Kenya) and Gardenmart Ltd.
Philip is a people-focused and result-oriented leader with over 14 years of experience in SME Banking. He was appointed CEO of OmniBank in January 2013, and has since led the transformation of the company into a strong reliable brand, with visible employee-focused development. His broad areas of expertise include strategy formulation, business planning and development, risk management and institution building. He has played key roles in building successful SMEs in Ghana through various platforms over the last decade. During this period, he has achieved consistent growth, profitability and industry leadership for the organizations he has led. Prior to joining OmniBank, Philip held several positions including Deputy Managing Director of ProCredit Ghana, and an audit board member of ProCredit Bank, D.R. Congo. Mr. Oti-Mensah holds a B.Sc - Banking and Finance and MBA - Project Management from the University of Ghana Business School. He also holds a ProCredit Banker Certificate (MBA Equivalent) in International Bank Management from ProCredit Academy (Germany). He is also a Certified International Change Manager and a member of the International Academy of Business and Financial Management. Mr. Nicol is a chartered accountant and a local businessman with experience in financial management. He began his working career in 1968 as an accountant in London and worked with many international firms there including Aluminium Products Company limited. He also worked with the Accountant General’s department and the State Transport Company as the head of accounting and also acted as the Head of STC. Nicol adds rich experience to the board, having worked extensively in both the private and public sector.
Caroline Reindorf is an experienced banker, having worked with Barclays Bank (GH) for several years. She is currently the Chief Finance Officer for the Jospong Group of Companies. Caroline holds a B.Sc in Biological Science from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and an Executive Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). She is also an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Bankers and a member of Institute of Financial Services in the UK. Having held various management positions for several years at Barclays Bank, She adds a lot of experience to the Board, especially her understanding of the Ghanaian Financial Sector.
Philip Ofori Asante is an enthusiastic and accomplished banker with over ten years experience in senior managerial roles, having attained leadership roles in both international and local banks in Ghana. With his strong entrepreneurial and leadership skills, he has experience working with various stakeholders in the industry. In that process he has acquired extensive experience in Business and Banking. He is currently into private business in oil and gas. Philip holds an Executive Master’s Degree in Business Administration (EMBA) from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Ghana. He also holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Relationship Management from the Institute of Financial Services, United Kingdom and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghana.
Lolu Akindele is currently the Managing Director of J.A Plant Pool Ghana limited. He holds an MBA from the University of Lagos in Nigeria and a B.Sc (Hons) in Agricultural Engineering from the University of lbadan also in Nigeria. Prior to his appointment as Managing Director of J.A. Plant Pool Ghana limited, He had over 20 years banking experience in various management positions both in Nigeria and Ghana. The most recent being General Manager, Intercontinental Bank Ghana limited (now Access Bank). He played a key role in the transformation and progression of the bank in Ghana. His areas of strength include strategic planning, business development and risk management.
Nicholas Darko is a chartered certiﬁed accountant, organization development (OD) consultant, ﬁnance professional, and an ordained minister of the Church of Pentecost. He currently serves as the Finance and Administration Director at the Church of Pentecost's International Headquarters. He is also the resident pastor of the Daniel Kwabena Annan Temple of the Church of Pentecost, Teshie. The experience of Nicholas spans across both Christian and commercial institutions where he has made various contributions as a lecturer, administrator and member of various boards and numerous committees. For over 25 years he has continuously led the development of effective practical ﬁnancial, management and change models for effectiveness in various organizations. Nicholas holds a Master of Arts and a Post Graduate Diploma in Organization Development (OD) from the University of Cape Coast. He also holds a BTh (Hons-cum laude), from the South Africa Theological Seminary, where he is currently pursuing a PhD in Practical Theology-(Funding missions in Africa). Nicholas' professional afﬁliations, include, Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certiﬁed Accountants (ACCA -UK), member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICA-Ghana) and a registered organization development consultant of the International Society of Organization Development and Change (ISODC). He is an adjunct faculty member of the Pentecost University College and the Pentecost Theological Seminary. Apart from the board of OmniBank, Nicholas Darko sits on the boards of The vision International, Organization Development Institute, Pentecost Convention Centre and the Pentecost Theological Seminary.
Alberta Quarcoopome is a Chartered Banker, Operational Risk Expert, Trainer and Counselor with business advisory skills.
Alberta brings on board vast knowledge in the banking sector, having worked in various capacities as a banker and trainer with specialization in Banking Operations, Customer Service, Fraud, Business Ethics and Operational Risk Management.
She is currently the CEO of Alkan business consult, a consulting firm that trains financial institutions and designs procedural manuals and work flows to improve their internal control mechanisms. Prior to setting up the consult, she worked at Merchant bank in various capacities including the position of Head, Operational Risk.
With love for teaching and research, Alberta is an adjunct lecturer at the Osei Tutu II Centre For Executive Education and Research and a facilitator at the National Banking College and the Institute of Bankers.
Alberta holds a BA (Hons) Sociology & Geography from the University of Ghana and an Executive MBA (EMBA), GIMPA. She is also a Certified Microfinance Expert and a fellow of the Association of Bankers.

Simeon Patrick Kyei is an experienced professional in the banking industry. As an accomplished individual, he has garnered a wealth of knowledge in the banking sector with over 32 years spent at the Bank of Ghana in various capacities including Director, Human Resources Department, a position he held from 2014 to 2016. In that capacity, he was responsible for the delivery of a recognizable and respectable HR setup, building institutional capacity and establishing and maintaining effective well-being packages for staff. Between 2009 and 2013 Simeon worked as the Director of Budget at the Ministry of Finance where he worked with the ﬁnance minister on the management of the economy. During his stint at the Ministry, he also occupied the position of the Head of the Budget Division, responsible for the preparation, implementation and monitoring of the annual budget. He also chaired the Public Expenditure and Financial Accountability (PEFA) Steering Committee and the Expenditure Monitoring Committee and was a member of the GIFMIS Steering Committee. Simeon Patrick Kyei holds a B.A. (Hons) Degree in Economic and Sociology as well as MBA (Finance) from the University of Ghana.
